Prescriptions

Although we don’t have a pharmacy on-site, our reception staff will be happy to direct you to the most convenient pharmacy for you.

How do I order my Repeat Prescription?

Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:

  • Online
  • In person – use the white side portion of your last prescription, carefully mark the items required and drop it in to the surgery.
  • By post – send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.

We require three working days to process your repeat prescription, and we do not accept telephone requests for repeat medication.

We will post your prescription requests to you only if supplied with an SAE. The tear-off slip attached to computer-prepared prescriptions may be used for re-ordering.

Your doctor will wish to review your treatment periodically. Once requested, you can complete our online Medical Review Form, or alternatively they will ask you to attend surgery when this is necessary.

You can arrange for a pharmacy to collect your prescription via the Electronic Prescription Service, and some pharmacies will deliver to housebound patients. If you would like to register for our electronic prescription service, please complete our online form.
