From April 1 2020, care at Cauldwell Medical Centre will be provided by East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT). If you receive services at Cauldwell you do not need to do anything.
All registered patients will continue to receive services as normal from the practice when the new contract with ELFT begins.
